PURPOSE: An emergency escape device and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent damage to a multi-story building during a long-term construction by performing fabrication at the time of construction. CONSTITUTION: An emergency escape device comprises a buried frame(100), a top body(200), a bottom body(300), a trestle ladder(400), a folding part(600), and a coupling opener. The buried frame includes a top opening, a bottom opening, and a protrusion. The top body is able to open and includes a top cover(220) forming the bottom of an upper floor. The bottom body is able to open and includes a bottom cover(320) forming the ceiling of a lower floor. The folding part includes a wire and a gear box to fold the trestle ladder by rolling the wire.
