PURPOSE: An outdoor unit is provided to install a case toward inside, and to use the case as a receiving space by fashionably decorating the exterior of the case. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor unit(100) comprises a case(70), a shielding member(80), a compressor(10), a condenser(20), an expansion valve(30), and a cooling fan(40). The case is installed indoor. The shielding member is installed in an inner space of the case, and divides the inner space into a first space and a second space. The compressor is arranged in the first space. The condenser and the cooling fan are arranged in the second space. A condensation suction port and a condensation exhaust port are formed in one surface of the case. The cooling fan inhales external air through the condensation suction port, and discharges the air through the condensation exhaust port.
