摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying-carbonization system capable of skillfully carbonizing a burned object by efficiently removing steam generated from the burned object even if it is a burned object (e.g. sludge, poultry manure, food waste or the like) with high viscosity or including a large amount of solids, and as a result, capable of saving fuel costs. <P>SOLUTION: In the drying-carbonization system, tubes 6 in multiple stages in a vertical direction, extended in a lateral direction, and built in with a screw conveyor 12 in an interior is provided in a drying chamber 2, an end of each tube 6 is alternately communicated with an end of an upper or a lower tube 6 and formed as one, the screw conveyor 12 is disposed such that outgoing paths and incoming paths are vertically alternate, an input port communicated with an exterior of the drying chamber 2 is provided in the tube 6 of an end, and a discharge port communicated with the exterior of the drying chamber 2 is provided in the tube 6 of another end. Exhaust branch pipes 9 are attached to an upper half of the tubes 6 of the screw conveyor 12 at suitable intervals in a length direction, and the exhaust branch pipes 9 are connected to a meandering exhaust pipe 10 provided side by side with the tubes 6 in its length direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
