PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position measuring apparatus etc. capable of highly accurately measuring the position of an object by photographing a point light source provided for the object and highly accurately measuring the position of the point light source in a photographed image. SOLUTION: The position measuring apparatus 300 includes both a camera 30 for photographing an image of the point light source comprising three first reference points 11-13 and one second reference point 14 provided for the object 100 and an arithmetic device 40 for identifying an image of the first reference points 11-13 and an image of the second reference point 14 photographed by the camera 30, acquiring the positional relation of the first reference points 11-13, determining the position of the second reference point 14 in the object 100 on the basis of the acquired positional relation of the first reference points 11-13 and the positional relation of the identified image of the first reference points 11-13, and determining the position of the object 100 on the basis of the positional relation of the first reference points 11-13 and the second reference point 14.
