PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device control apparatus which can control the on-vehicle equipment, according to the state of driver's clothes worn. SOLUTION: Since a three-dimensional image sensor 20, which obtains driver's three-dimensional image information and an ECU 10 which controls the on-vehicle equipment, based on the three dimension image of the driver's clothes, are installed on the on-vehicle device control apparatus, a navigation apparatus 40 can be controlled, based on the three dimension image information of the driver's clothes; and since whether suitable clearance is securable, taking into consideration the corrugation and the thickness of the clothes of the driver can be determined, it becomes possible to control to perform reception operation, at a timing when the driving position becomes optimum for the driver.
