PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a type of a deterministic component included in a probability density function. SOLUTION: A deterministic component model determination device is provided, which includes: a standard deviation calculation unit for calculating the standard deviation of the probability density function; a spectra calculation unit for calculating the spectra of the probability density function; a null frequency detection unit for detecting the null frequency of the spectra; a theoretical value calculation unit for calculating the theoretical value of the spectra for each of a plurality of the categories of the deterministic components based on the null frequency; a measured value calculation unit for calculating the measured value of the spectra for the deterministic components included in the probability density function, based on the standard deviation and the spectra; and a model determination unit for determining the type of the deterministic component corresponding to the theoretical value nearest to the measured value among the theoretical values calculated for each of the categories of the deterministic components as the type of the deterministic component included in the probability density function.
