PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition for coating capable of forming a cured coating film which has high hardness and hardly curls, and to provide a film having the cured coating film which has high hardness and hardly curls. SOLUTION: The active energy ray-curable resin composition for the coating comprises an acrylic polymer (A) having a (meth)acryloyl group in a side chain and having a (meth)acryloyl equivalent of 200-600 and colloidal silica (B).
