An electromagnetic driving device, which moves a movable magnetic substance in an adsorption direction against a spring by excitation of a fixed electromagnetic coil and moves the movable magnetic substance in the opposite direction by demagnetization of the fixed electromagnetic coil, to thereby bring the movable magnetic substance in a linear reciprocating motion, has been proposed in the past. The device is suitable for the case wherein not so much driving force is needed but not suitable for the application to accurate rotary motion or the like with high torque. Provided is a magnetic force intensifying electromagnetic driving device, which converts the magnetic force of a movable magnet (6) or that of either a fixed magnet (4) and/or a fixed magnet (5), thereby continuously bringing the movable magnet (6) in a rotary motion or a reciprocating motion with respect to the fixed magnets (4 and 5). The magnetic force intensifying electromagnetic driving device is characterized in that the movable magnet (6) or the fixed magnets (4 and 5) of the electromagnetic driving device are provided with magnetic force intensifying eternal magnets (16 and 17).
