<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cement composition and cement concrete, imparting excellent rust preventive effect to reinforcing steel, having the blocking effect against infiltration of chloride ion to be intruded from the outside and suppressing the formation of many pores because of little leaching of Ca ion. <P>SOLUTION: Provided are (1) the cement composition containing: a calcium aluminate compound having molar ratio CaO/Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>of 0.15-0.7 and 2,000-7,000 cm<SP>2</SP>/g Blaine specific surface area; and eco-cement, wherein the content of calcium aluminate compound is 1-30 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass in total of the calcium aluminate compound and the eco-cement, (2) the cement composition (1), wherein the eco-cement is common eco-cement or rapid hardening eco-cement, and (3) the cement concrete containing the cement composition of (1) or (2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
