<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air duct being installed in a space part in an electronic device for flowing cooling air, and provide the electronic device using the air duct, in the air duct for flowing cooling air into the device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The present invention relates to the air duct installed in the space part in a housing of the electronic device, and the electronic device using the air duct. The air duct comprises an air duct body (duct body 56), an airway (26), a suction part (30), and an exhausting part (32). The air duct body has its height set larger than the interval between a bottom surface and a top plate of the housing at the space part formed at a peripheral part of a support frame supporting a fan unit of the electronic device, and is made of an elastic material having elasticity to be held detachably between the bottom surface and top plate of the housing forming the space part.
