<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cam chain tensioner pivot mounting structure of an internal combustion engine reducing the number of parts and weight. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cam chain tensioner pivot mounting structure of the internal combustion engine is constituted by disposing a push plug 61 for radially pressing a rolling bearing of a crankshaft 40, near a cam chain tensioner pivot 60, and positioning the cam chain tensioner pivot 60 by a spring receiving plate 63 receiving the base end of a spring member 62 energizing the push plug 61.
