<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistory parking system provided with a charge function which can put an electric car on charge by controlling a degradation in the strength of a pallet and changes in outer dimensions of a pallet part without becoming an obstacle to putting the electric car into and taking it out of the multistory parking system or to a user getting into and out of it. Ž<P>SOLUTION: At least part of the pallet 5 on which the electric car is loaded is provided with a protuberance 9 which is higher than the vehicle road surface in the midsection in the width direction. The protuberance 9 includes openings 21a, 21b in the front and rear positions, and a charge cable 22 which is used for supplying a charging power to the electric car is provided to the interior of the openings 21a, 21b.
