<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reclaiming treatment of a waste metal-clad paper by which paper and metal foil are efficiently separated from the waste paper in which the metal foil is clad on a paper base material, and a pulp having little mixing of impurities and little deterioration of strength or the like can be recovered. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of reclaiming treatment of the waste metal-clad paper, for recovering the waste paper pulp from the waste metal-clad paper in which the metal is clad on the paper base material includes a step of subjecting the waste metal-clad paper to dissolution treatment under a relatively higher concentration condition, and a step of subjecting the waste metal-clad paper to dissolution treatment under a relatively lower concentration condition, and continuously carries out these dissolution treatments in the same waste paper-dissolving device.
