PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manually and easily manufacturing a strong and inexpensive book-type personal belonging without using a machine or a tool. SOLUTION: An adhesive 2 and a backing material 3 for covering it are deposited on a back face of a cover sheet 1 for covering a pair of cover materials 7, 8 and a spine material 9 made of cardboard, cuts 4A-4F are formed in the backing material 3 so as to peel off, by a hand, only bonding portions 3a-3c to bond the cover materials 7, 8 and the spine material 9, the bonding portions 3a-3c of the backing material 3 are peeled from the cover sheet 1 to bond the cover materials 7, 8 and the spine material 9 thereto, the other portion of the backing material 3 is peeled off, and a peripheral edges of the cover sheet 1 is bonded onto inner faces of the cover materials 7, 8 and the spine material 9 while folded to overlap.
