PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-dwelling structure satisfying residents and further satisfying an owner in terms of land use. SOLUTION: The multi-dwelling structure includes dwelling units 2 arranged apart from housing lots S1-S10 of a site S of a common land and having a detached house structure including an exclusive section formed in an interior of a habitable room and a garden G arranged at an adjacent position corresponding to the dwelling unit 2. The site S has a road R as a shared section formed from the outside of the site S to the housing lots S1-S10, a water pipe 31 connecting the individual dwelling units 2 and a public water supply system with each other, a sewage pipe 32 and an in-site power service line 33 are embedded under the road R.
