PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple insulated window provided with a heat insulation part which is high in heat insulating properties, easy to attach and detach, and repetitively usable. SOLUTION: The simple insulated window includes a window glass part 2 and a lighting heat insulating material 3. The lighting heat insulating material 3 has a structure in which a plurality of base films are opposed to each other through a gas layer 100 μm to 3 mm thick.
