PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size and running cost in a transfer device for imparting vibrating motion and rocking motion to a tray that can store a large number of chip parts. SOLUTION: This transfer device 1 is provided so that a holding part placing table 5 is installed on a base 3 so as to be rockable around the rotational axis O1, and a tray holding part 7 is installed on the holding part placing table 5 so as to be movable in the rotational axis O1 direction, and the base 3 is fixed with a rocking motor for rocking the holding part placing table 5 and a vibrating motor 11 for vibrating the tray holding part 7 in the rotational axis O1 direction. An output shaft 21 of the vibrating motor 11 is inserted into an insertion hole 5c of the holding part placing table 5, and a tip part of the output shaft 21 is connected to the tray holding part 7 via a vibration transmission mechanism 25. A clearance between the insertion hole 5c and the output shaft 21 is held regardless of the rocking motion of the holding part placing table 5 by the rocking motor, and is constituted so as to hold conversion into vibration of the tray holding part 7 from rotation of the output shaft 21 by the vibration transmission mechanism 25.
