PURPOSE: A solar cell module driving system is provided to simply constitute the whole device by constituting a control circuit after removing an optical sensor. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical shaped first driving part which has an opened top side is formed in the upper part of a support stand. The support stand forms a fixing unit for being fixed and coupled with a structure. A second driving part storing unit(261) forms a sealed space in the upper part. A second rotary shaft through hole(263) is formed in both sides of the second driving part storing unit. A second driving part storing body(260) comprises a cylindrical shaped rotation supporting part. A second waterproof cap(270) is prepared in the second rotary shaft through hole.
