PURPOSE: A mobile coupon or point relay server is provided to connect a member store with a card issuing company to perform a client authentication service, thereby enabling the member store to create a new profit source. CONSTITUTION: A payment terminal device(105) comprises a chip card reader for recognizing a chip card of a client(100). An extraction module extracts mobile communication number data of a wireless terminal of the client. The extraction module checks a mobile communication number. A call module automatically attempts call access connection using the extracted mobile communication number.
