<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for film fusion bonding which can bond by fusion an overlapped portion of a film maintaining a suitable strength in a film package, can perform cutting stably, and can perform film fusion bonding without decreasing fusion bonding strength at a fusion bonding portion even if the fusion bonding and cutting are performed at a higher speed. <P>SOLUTION: The film fusion bonding apparatus 10 includes; an ultrasonic transmitter 12 which is provided at an upper part of a transfer table 11 to transfer a folded-back film 1 and a battery 2 placed between the films; an ultrasonic horn 20 which is provided at a lower part of the ultrasonic transmitter 12 and concentrates ultrasonic energy from the ultrasonic transmitter 12; and a roller type receiving jig 30 which is provided opposing to the ultrasonic horn 20 and pinches the film 1 with the ultrasonic horn 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
