<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rust-proof steel sheet excellent in spot weldability and corrosion resistance, and to provide a method for producing the rust-proof steel sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The rust-proof steel sheet has an organic and/or inorganic coating layer on at least one side surface. Therein, the thickness of the coating layer of a part to be spot-welded is made to be thinner than the thickness of the coating layer of a part not to be spot-welded. Preferably, the thickness of the coating layer of the part to be spot-welded is made to be 2.5 μm or less. Thus, by reducing the thickness of the coating layer of a spot-welded part, electric resistance of the welded part is satisfactorily lowered and, therefore, a sound welded part can be formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
