<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve current measuring accuracy in a current measuring device having a current measuring section formed by having a resistor. <P>SOLUTION: The resistor is formed by including first resistance sections 121, 126a electrically connected at a first electrode 111 side, and second resistance sections 131, 126b electrically connected to a second electrode 141 side. The first resistance sections 121, 126a and the second resistance sections 131, 126b are arranged so as to make a current flow direction on the first resistance sections 121, 126a and a current flow direction on the second resistance sections 131, 126b parallel and opposite each other. Thus, magnetic fields prepared with respective current flowing respective resistance sections are acted to negate each other since the current flow directions on the first resistance sections 121, 126a and the second resistance sections 131, 126b are opposite each other, and the effect of inductance of the resistors caused by high-frequency current is reduced.
