<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrating actuator which is low-cost and can attain favorable drive performance. <P>SOLUTION: This vibrating actuator (10) includes: a vibrator (11), which generates vibrating waves by means of an electromechanical converter that converts electric energy into mechanical energy; and a relative shifter (15), which includes a contact face (32a) to pressure-contact with the vibrator (11) and relatively shifts to the vibrator (11) by the contact face (32a) being driven by the vibrating waves. The relative shifter (15) includes a first member (31), which is made of resin, and a second member (30), which is higher in rigidity than the first member (31) and the second member (30) made of resin, and a section, which includes at least one face other than the contact face (32a) and the second contact face (32a), is made of the first member (31). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
