发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HIGHLY ELASTIC SULFUR-MODIFIED CHLOROPRENE RUBBER
摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly elastic sulfur-modified chloroprene rubber not containing a gel part, having excellent roll-releasability, and giving a compound with a little mill-shrinkage, a highly elastic sulfur-modified chloroprene rubber for calendar roll mold processing, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the highly elastic sulfur-modified chloroprene rubber not containing a gel part comprises: polymerizing at a polymerization temperature of 35-40°C 80-99.7 pts.wt. of 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene, 0.3-2 pts.wt. of sulfur, and 0-19.7 pts.wt. of at least one comonomer copolymerizable with 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene; finishing polymerization at a time when the conversion reaches 70-90%; adding a thiuram compound; and deflocculating until the moony viscosity reaches 51-67, the rubber comprising 80-99.7 pts.wt. of 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene, 0.3-2 pts.wt. of sulfur, and 0-19.7 pts.wt. of at least one comonomer copolymerizable with 2-chloro-1,3-butadiene, and the thiuram compound, wherein the fraction filtered out through a filter with a pore diameter of 0.5μm in a 0.1% tetrahydrofuran solution is not less than 97%, the rubber contains no gel part, and the elasticity stress measured on in conditions of a temperature of 60°C (preliminary heating for 30 min), a vibrational frequency of 10 cpm, and a vibrational amplitude of 60 deg using the viscoelasticity measuring device RPA-2,000 after kneading for 3 min in conditions of a temperature of 30°C, a gap of 1 mm, and a guide width of 20 cm by winding 250 g of the rubber on a 8 inch open roll is not less than 10 dNm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p>
