CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION, BASE MATERIAL WITH CONDUCTIVE FILM, AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive composition and a forming method of a conductive film using the conductive composition for forming a conductive film of a small specific resistance in low temperature in a short time, and superbly forming a conductive film even with a base material of low heat resistance. SOLUTION: The conductive composition contains silver oxide (A) and fatty acid silver salt (B) having one or more amino group. A content of the fatty acid silver salt (B) is 0.1 to 50 parts by mass to a 100 parts by mass of the silver oxide (A). The conductive composition contains fatty acid silver salt (C) with one or more hydroxyl group and without amino groups and/or second-grade fatty acid silver oxide (D) obtained by using second-grade fatty acid with a boiling point of 200°C or less and without amino groups.
