PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly sensitive specimen measuring method requiring no complicated operation and using the agglutination reaction of immunological microparticles. SOLUTION: This method for measuring the measuring target substance in a specimen includes the step (a) for mixing the specimen containing the measuring target substance, the composite having a plurality of the substances specifically bonded to the measuring target substance and microparticles wherein the measuring target substance or the simulant of the measuring target substance is bonded to an insoluble carrier, and the step (b) for measuring the agglutination reaction of the microparticles in the mixed solution obtained in the step (a). For example, since measuring sensitivity is raised by using antibody as a composite but not as a single substance, measurement in a low concentration region is made possible by this measuring method.
