PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ring-shaped elastic arm band eliminating the need of a safety pin or a clip for fastening it to working clothes, remarkably facilitating the fitting and removing operation to and from the working clothes, electrically insulating, printable on the surface thereof, having excellent weather resistance and water resistance, and further washable and having elasticity. SOLUTION: This arm band 1 fitted to the arm part of working clothes in a construction site is manufactured by making a band-like elastic raw material having predetermined width and length into a ring by sewing and applying print on the surface 1A thereof.
