<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an advertisement on a monitor device without impeding an original display function of the monitor device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A display control unit 46 of a controller 10 determines whether a hydraulic excavator is in a non-operation state based on operation information on a gate lock lever 7. When the gate lock lever 7 is at an unlocked position and the hydraulic excavator is not in the non-operation state (in an operation state), the display control unit displays vehicle body information on the hydraulic excavator acquired by a vehicle body information acquiring unit 43 on the monitor device 13. When the gate lock lever 7 is at an locked position and the hydraulic excavator is in the non-operation state, the display control unit reads out advertisement information stored in a nonvolatile memory 10b for advertisement information to display the read information on the monitor device 13.
