<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsaturated carboxylic acid grafted polyolefin which is excellent in adhesiveness with not only a plastic material but also a different material, particularly polypropylene, and in adhesiveness at ordinary-temperature and high-temperature atmospheres, and has a wide range of usefulness. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The unsaturated carboxylic acid grafted polyolefin is a polyolefin containing 15 to 95 wt.% of a propylene unit or a polyolefin composition containing 15 to 100 wt.% of propylene, wherein a content of unsaturated carboxylic acid added to the polyolefin is 0.1 to 10 wt.%.
