<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for preventing and/or treating hyperlipidemia such as hypercholesterolemia, hypertriglyceridemia and hypo-high-density lipoproteinemia and/or arteriosclerosis in mammals including human, which exerts squalene synthetase inhibitory action and cholesterol synthesis inhibitory action. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The medicine contains a specific compound such as (1) 2-[(4R, 6S)-8-chloro-6-(2-chloro-3-ethoxyphenyl)-1-(trifluoromethyl)-4H, 6H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][4,1]benzoxazepin-4-yl]acetic acid and (2) 2-(1-ä2-[(4R, 6S)-8-chloro-6-(2-chloro-3-ethoxyphenyl)-1-(trifluoromethyl)-4H, 6H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a][4,1]benzoxazepin-4-yl]acetyl}-4-piperidinyl)acetic acid.
