<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shooting handle device achieving a cost reduction of the entire Pachinko machine and having good operability of an operating handle. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The operating handle is rotatably assembled to a cylindrical part. At least a device 20 for detecting operation amount and a device 40 for adjusting resistance force are stored inside the cylindrical part. The device 40 for adjusting resistance force gives resistance force against a return rotation direction to the operating handle that is rotated by a constant amount.
