The present invention relates to an apparatus for accurate guided placement of implants comprising a drill and guide bushing. More specifically, while the inner circumference of the guide bushing has a circular form, the outer circumference is formed in an oval shape. Thus, the apparatus prevents the guide bushing from rotating together with the drill during drilling. Also, the guide bushing can be easily mounted even if the implant site is placed at a narrow gap between teeth. A drill for drilling alveolar bone comprises a guide portion at the lower part of a drill shank so that the drill can be induced by tightly closing the circular inner circumference of the guide bushing. The guide portion is integrally formed with the drill or is coupled to a screw formed at the outer circumference of the drill shank in a pipe shape. The drilling depth is limited by inter-connection of a stopper with the sloped surface of a flat head formed at the upper surface of the guide portion. The stopper comprises a chamfer of the edge of the upper through-hole formed at the guide bushing. |
