<p>The partition (2) has a lower panel (4) vertically fastened to or above a shower tray, and an upper panel (6) is vertically arranged above the lower panel. A connecting element mechanically connects the upper panel with the lower panel. The upper and lower panels are arranged in a common plane and partially supported by the connecting element such that gravitational force of the upper panel is partially transferred to the lower panel by the connecting element. The connecting element is formed as a connecting rail (8). The upper and/or the lower panel are made of silicate glass. An independent claim is also included for a method of positioning a shower partition.</p> |
