PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a valve body part, i.e., a diaphragm valve device, reduce production cost, and improve production environment due to a reduction in load on polishing by manufacturing the valve body part of the diaphragm valve device without being restricted by the plate thickness. SOLUTION: In this diaphragm valve device 1 for controlling a flow opening area for a fluid flowing in the valve body part 2 by expanding and displacing a diaphragm 3 to the valve body part 2, the valve body part 2 includes four parts comprising a body part 8 having sitting parts 7, 26, 28 to which the diaphragm 3 is fitted, both ferrules 9, 10 for inflow and outflow, and a flange 11 for supporting the diaphragm 3. The four parts are formed by forming blanks 14, 23 by punching out or laser machining a metal plate-member or hoop members 11, 12, and the valve body part 2 is constituted by welding and connecting both ferrules 9, 10 and the flange 11 to the body part 8 provided by press-forming the blank.
