PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a compact imaging lens having high imaging performance; a camera module having the imaging lens and providing a high-resolution imaging signal; and imaging equipment. SOLUTION: This imaging lens comprises sequentially from an object: a first lens G1 having positive power; a second lens G2 having negative power; a third lens with the convex imaging side face and having positive power; and fourth lens G4 with the concave or planar object side near the optical axis and having negative power. The imaging lens satisfies a conditional expression (1): 0.5<(¾R2¾-R1)/(R1+¾R2¾).
