Clip pressure monitoring with piezo sensor

The clip machine has a closing chamber and two locking tool units, which are reversibly movable between an open position and a closing position. A piezo-receiver (138) is provided, which is connected to one of the locking tool units, and is provided to issue a closing force applied during locking of closing chamber and to measure a measured value representing the catch closing force. An independent claim is included for a method for control of clip machine for partition and locking of pipe-shaped packing.
