Cosmetic formulation comprises: one or more siloxane elastomers (which are obtained from the reaction of organohydrogen siloxane (A), having at least two silicon hydride-carrying cyclosiloxane rings per molecule, with substances or mixtures (B) having at least two aliphatic unsaturated group or hydrocarbon group per molecule and a hydrosilylation catalyst (C)); and one or more particulate substances.
