A vehicle head light (1) includes a lighting casing (4); a lamp unit (14) disposed in the lighting casing (4); a support member (6) that supports the lamp unit (14) so as to be rotatable at least in two directions; an actuator (27) that rotates the lamp unit (14) with respect to the support member (6); and a thrust receiver (38) that receives a load of the lamp unit (14). The lighting casing (4) includes a lamp housing (2) opened on one side and a cover (3) that closes the opening of the lamp housing (2). The lamp unit (14) includes a light source (16) and a reflector (15) that reflects light emitted from the light source (16). The actuator (15) is disposed under the lamp unit (14). A lower end of the lamp unit (14) is coupled to the actuator (27). The actuator (27) includes a case member (28); and a driving mechanism (29) disposed in the case member (28). The lamp unit (14) is coupled to the driving mechanism (29). The thrust receiver (38) is integrally provided on the case member (28) of the actuator (27A). |
