The module (3A) has resources to send data wirelessly to both a neighboring communication module (3B) and to a central access server (7) in an industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) frequency band, where the data is sent by direct communication between the communication module and central access server via a communication network such as global system for mobile communication, general packet radio service, universal mobile transmission systemor cellular network.
