PURPOSE: A test socket coupling tightly a conductor to a pad is provided to maintain a stable contact by sticking a conductor to a pad through the elasticity of a film. CONSTITUTION: Plural conductors(30) are able to contact with a pad(161) of a test device(160). A film(40) insulates each conductor, and is coupled to each conductor. A spring(50) is arranged at an upper side of the conductor, and is inserted into a through hole(21). A pressure unit pressurizes some portion of the film toward a test device. Accordingly, the pad is stuck to the conductor. |
