PURPOSE: A newspaper or a magazine per a zone using a map and an editing method thereof are provided to enable a user to grasp plural information through the first paper with a glance, thereby enabling the user to selectively find necessary information. CONSTITUTION: A purpose content unit(4) places a present state of various companies and detailed information for a planned future change by box pictures. One-sided map figure unit(2) draws life zone regional traffic road networks. The locations and names of companies placed on the purpose content unit are additionally displayed on the map figure unit.
