PURPOSE: A game machine is provided to enable a user to manufacture the game machine with low costs and to easily discover fraudulent action by placing a microchip between a second case and electronic parts. CONSTITUTION: A game machine comprises: a member for preventing fraudulent action; and a substrate case which accepts a control substrate. The substrate case includes a first case(4) and a second case(5) which accepts the control substrate by being closed each other. The member for preventing the fraudulent action includes a microchip which is placed between the first case and the second case when the first case and the second case are closed. The microchip comprises: a record layer(MCb) in which information is recorded on a transparent substrate(MCa); a reflective layer(MCc); a protective layer(MCd); and a bonding layer(MCe) sticking to the first case.
