PURPOSE: A horizontal and vertical laser emitting device is provided to facilitate a horizontal and vertical setting work by controlling a minute calibration range. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal and vertical laser emitting device comprises a main body(1), a turning member(2) and a supporting board. The main body has a top part(10), an electric power supply button(120), a plurality of perpendicular laser-irradiated regions(110) and a handle(111). A horizontal laser-irradiated region(100) is installed on the side of the top part. The turning member is combined in the bottom of the main body and rotates the main body.
