THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING GOOD SCRATCH-RESIST AND HEAT-RESIST PROPERTIES

PURPOSE: A heat and scratch resistance thermoplastic resin composition is provided to secure the shock resistance, the heat resistance, the scratch resistance, and the coloring ability of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A heat and scratch resistance thermoplastic resin composition contains 20~60wt% of ASA copolymer, 20~70wt% of heat and scratch resistance alkyl methacrylate copolymer, and 0~50wt% of SAN copolymer. The ASA copolymer is produced by forming a polymer seed, an alkyl acrylate core and a graft shell. The heat and scratch resistance alkyl methacrylate copolymer is produced my polymerizing 10~50 parts of aromatic vinyl compound by weight, 5~30 parts of vinyl cyan compound by weight, 20~70 parts of alkyl methacrylate compound by weight, and 3~20 parts of maleic anhydride compound.
