PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition for relieving skin inflammation containing Euphoria Longan extract is provided to effectively suppress skin inflammation and relieve skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for relieving skin inflammation contains 0.0001-30.0 weight% of Euphoria Longan extract as an active ingredient. The Euphoria Longan extract is obtained through solvent extraction using water, hydrous or anhydrous low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, butyl acetate, or 1,3-butylene glycol; or supercritical extraction. The cosmetic composition is used in the form solution, suspension, emulsion, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, surfactant, oil, powder foundation, wax foundation or spray.
