PURPOSE: An electrophoretic display device and a method for fabricating the same are provided to improve the picture quality features of a display device using a nano wire conductive film with high reflecting brightness. CONSTITUTION: A protective film(115) is formed on a lower substrate including a thin film transistor. A pixel electrode(121a) is formed on the protective film. The pixel electrode is electrically connected with a drain electrode. A nano wire conductive film(123) is formed on the protective film including the pixel electrode. An electrophoresis film(140) is arranged on the nano wire conductive film. An upper substrate(151) is arranged on the electrophoresis film.
