PURPOSE: An eco-friendly cold resistance concrete composition is provided to enhance an initial intensity of concrete during a cold construction, to prevent freezing and corrosion of concrete. CONSTITUTION: An eco-friendly cold resistance concrete composition contains the following: at least one organic acid salt selected from the group consisting of an alkali metal, formate of an alkaline earth metal, and acetate; polysaccharide selected from the group consisting of chitin, chitoic acid, and chitin chitoic acid with a partially removed acetyl group of the chitin; and water. The organic acid salt is composed of potassium acetate, potassium formate, sodium acetate, sodium formate, calcium acetate, calcium formate, magnesium acetate, and magnesium formate.
