PURPOSE: A ready emitter apparatus for a vehicle is provided to minimize the engine vibration delivered to the interior of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A radiator apparatus for a vehicles comprises a power transfer device(50) and a tension maintaining unit(80). The power transfer device receives the torque from an engine pulley(60) and rotates a cooling fan(40). The tension maintaining unit is arranged between a power transfer device and a car body(70). The tension maintaining unit maintains the tension of a driving belt(65) connecting a power transfer device and an engine pulley.
