PURPOSE: A coating apparatus using the infrared ray, a method thereof, and an apparatus for processing the infrared ray are provided to stably put UV paint by performing a pre/post process using t he infrared ray without a separate UV paint in an UV coating process of digital printing. CONSTITUTION: A coating apparatus using the infrared ray comprises: an UV coating unit for solidifying UV paint; and an infrared ray processing unit(110) for radiating the infrared ray in a pre/post process settling the UV paint. The infrared ray processing unit radiates the infrared ray using an infrared ray lamp in which the wavelength and temperature of the infrared ray is set. A wavelength range of the infrared lamp is 760nm - 3000nm. A temperature range of the infrared lamp is 350°C -400°C. |
