PURPOSE: An organic light emitting diode display device is provided to prevent a display panel assembly from being damaged by separating a sidewall of a support unit from the edge of the display panel assembly. CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting diode display device comprises a display panel assembly(50), a support unit(70) and a buffer unit(80). The support unit includes an opening unit, a bottom unit(71), and a sidewall unit(72). The opening unit exposes the rear of the display panel assembly. The bottom unit supports the edge of the display panel assembly. The sidewall unit is extended from the bottom unit. The height of the sidewall unit is equal to or greater than the thickness of the display panel assembly. A buffer unit is attached to the rear of the exposed display panel assembly through the opening unit of the support unit. The thickness of the buffer unit is 0.2 to 0.5 mm.
